Foraging gift vouchers

GIVE THE GIFT OF DELICIOUS FREE FOOD – FOREVER!

Buy your food-loving friends and family a Galloway Wild Foods gift token that they can spend on foraging events, wild food walks or personal tuition.

Gift vouchers allow them to select the event that suits them – from a 2-3 hour shoreline forage with the kids, to a full day of fungi and hedgerow foraging with gourmet wild food lunch – there are events to suit all ages and interests. They will learn to find, identify, harvest, cook and preserve a wide range of wild foods, open up a new world of delicious discovery and have a great day out!

“Many thanks for a great day out on Sunday! We really enjoyed the structure of the day and your outgoing personality and attention to detail is first class. Kim and I set objectives to learn three or four wild fungi so we had confidence to collect on our own. We achieved that and now look forward to a bounty crop as we go forward. We will return to future courses…The food you provided was simply delicious.” – Grahame and Kim Young.

Vouchers come in denominations of £25, £50 and £100 up to any amount and can be spent on most of the events listed on the foraging events calendar (unless specified otherwise) or on private tuition. All vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
Email mark@gallowaywildfoods.com for payment information (You can pay by cheque or electronic transfer). After payment your  voucher will be emailed to you within 2 days.

“…thanks for giving us the confidence to find and pick such delicious mushrooms! We are now getting enough to put chanterelles, hedgehog mushrooms and giant puffballs on our menu – but we keep the ceps for ourselves! The best thing is that after 3 hours tuition we can now harvest our own little patches year after year!” – Helen, Owner and Head Chef, House O’Hill Hotel,

  1. I want to give my husband vouchers for one of your events in 2015. We live in Castle Douglas. I would like to buy £75 worth – Could I do that and then let him choose how and when to use it?

Look forward to hearing from you, Judi
